We are a boutique estate agent standing one tier above the others.

History

We started our adventure helping some Belgian friends to sell their second residence in Sitges.

Dealing with a large traditional estate agent was a nightmare for them. For this large estate agent, their flat was just one of many and they didn't give them much time and interest.

After two months of receiving only one viewing and with the feeling that their flat was not a priority for the agency, our friends asked us to take care of their sale. We guided them through a little home staging, asked a professional photographer to take new photos and we wrote a new description of their flat in several languages.

Two weeks later, our friends received an offer which they accepted.

After this experience and encouraged by our friends, we decided to help other friends who wanted to sell their homes. Little by little, what started as a complementary activity became a professional activity.

We created Dupont Estate with the firm desire to differentiate ourselves from the traditional estate agents and to provide the most personalised and efficient service to owners and buyers.

The founders of Dupont Estate are university graduates, we speak several languages, we have far-reaching experience in the real estate market and, most of all, we advise you with transparency and honesty.

Olivier

Co-Founder

I have a degree in Business Administration from the University of Liège in Belgium and an MBA from ESADE in Barcelona, where I have been living since 2000.

I have always been passionate about real estate, first on a personal level and now as co-founder of Dupont Estate.

After working for several years as an online marketing manager in large companies, I decided to dedicate myself to my passion: accompanying people who want to sell or buy their property.

I strive every day to ensure that the service we offer is exclusive and excellent. Together with María Immaculada, I accompany and advise homeowners and buyers throughout the whole process of their sale or purchase.

I am fluent in Spanish, French and English.

María Immaculada

Co-Founder

With a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a Master's degree in Marketing from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, they say I should have studied law or architecture.

After working for several years as a Product Manager in large consumer companies, I decided to dedicate myself to what I preferred: helping people to sell their home and to find a new home.

Together with Olivier, the development of creative processes, combined with a naturally empathetic approach, has allowed us to develop a unique agency solution.

My greatest satisfaction is to see the happiness of our clients on the day the sale is signed at the notary's office.

I am fluent in Spanish, Catalan and French.

Marcos

Lawyer

A graduate in Law from the University of Barcelona and a lawyer specialising in real estate law, Marcos is the legal advisor to Dupont Estate.

Marcos is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and is recognised by the Consulate General of France in Barcelona.

Marcos oversees the contractual and legal aspects of each sale and purchase of Dupont Estate, which guarantees our clients the correct and proper application of the current regulations in the sale and purchase of their property.

His extensive experience in real estate law also allows us to provide solutions to sometimes complex property situations such as the sale of properties inherited from non-residents.

Marcos is fluent in Spanish, Catalan, French and English.

Nikolai

Photographer

Nikolai is a photographer specialised in the real estate sector, he takes photos, videos and virtual tours of our properties.

Nikolai is always concerned about the quality of his work. A good result in real estate photography consists of technique and lighting to achieve an impeccable image.

As a specialised photographer in the real estate sector, he knows that the perfection of most photographs lies in the lighting. That's why he uses a combination of multiple exposures and flash-generated lighting.

Appropriate highlights help to add depth and colour to the scene and present your home in its best light.

Aleix

Craftsman and decorator

Nowadays, finding a serious craftsman capable of renovating a home is a difficult task.

Aleix understands that each client has their own style and tastes. That is why he studies each project individually and at the client's side.

Aleix looks for the best solutions for your project, satisfaction and durability of the work. In addition to his continuous training, study of techniques and new materials and investment in machinery, he is backed by more than 20 years of experience in this activity. His work begins and ends with the same mantra: He likes a job well done.
